The Self-Developer as a Relationship Manager (DE)

Relating to life, oneself and others

Our working lives today are often characterised by constant change, uncertainty and a high level of pressure to perform. What can we as individuals do to experience our daily work not as a burden but as a stimulating environment to enjoy what we do, achieve our goals and feel good about it in the process?

Jens Corssen

Content summary

As deeply social beings, humans live in permanent connectedness. However, if we no longer experience this and start to feel disconnected, we develop anxiety, self-doubt, aggression and, as a result, relationship issues. If instead we feel a connection with the change and with ourselves, we will also have successful relationships. We can use the particular circumstances to work on our relationship with ourselves and with life, to reflect on our relationships with others and to create a sustainable basis for successful and close connections.

Customer testimonials

“Since the entire workforce took part alongside the managers, a special language, that of the Self-Developer, has taken root at Perschmann. Even our corporate culture (“desire for the company”) was positively influenced by the imagery you used… The morning exercise on the edge of the bed, for example, means that virtually all employees come to work with renewed vigour every day.”

Justus Perschmann Managing Director at Hch. Perschmann GmbH, Hoffmann Group

“You managed to completely captivate our management team with your engaging presentation… The afternoon was over in no time. We and our people were really enthused, and we hope that our employees will take many of your suggestions with them into their everyday work.”

Luc & Thomas Frutiger Chairman of the Board of Directors, Frutiger AG, Switzerland

“Jens Corssen has a great talent for showing his listeners new perspectives. In a clear, understandable language, he makes psychological insights usable for everyday life. I am always surprised how intensive and lasting his inputs are with my employees.”
