The Self-Developer as a Relationship Manager (DE)
Relating to life, oneself and others
Our working lives today are often characterised by constant change, uncertainty and a high level of pressure to perform. What can we as individuals do to experience our daily work not as a burden but as a stimulating environment to enjoy what we do, achieve our goals and feel good about it in the process?
Content summary
As deeply social beings, humans live in permanent connectedness. However, if we no longer experience this and start to feel disconnected, we develop anxiety, self-doubt, aggression and, as a result, relationship issues. If instead we feel a connection with the change and with ourselves, we will also have successful relationships. We can use the particular circumstances to work on our relationship with ourselves and with life, to reflect on our relationships with others and to create a sustainable basis for successful and close connections.
Key messages
I love myself unconditionally, and I can improve my behaviour in view of my goal.
Only those who love life and are good friends with themselves will be able to lead themselves successfully.
People who are angry about life feel like victims. On the other hand, people who are only annoyed that the situation is inconvenient in relation to their goal quickly become doers.

All employees who want to strengthen and improve their relationship with life, others and themselves.

“Since the entire workforce took part alongside the managers, a special language, that of the Self-Developer, has taken root at Perschmann. Even our corporate culture (“desire for the company”) was positively influenced by the imagery you used… The morning exercise on the edge of the bed, for example, means that virtually all employees come to work with renewed vigour every day.”
Justus Perschmann Managing Director at Hch. Perschmann GmbH, Hoffmann Group
